TiSO Sesame Full Height Turnstiles
Full height rotor turnstiles in single and twin-passage configurations, rated -40 to +40 degrees C with MCBF up to 20 million cycles for unmanned perimeter entry points.
TiSO's Sesame range covers full height turnstiles for entry points that have to hold their own without a guard present. The family includes Sesame-A, Sesame-L and Sesame-S as single-passage units, Sesame-A Twin and Sesame-S Twin for double passages, plus Bicyclone, GlassGO, HighWay and Push and Go variants. Each model also has a lighter Basic version without the side fence.
Rotors are supplied as an X type with four arms at 90 degrees or a Y type with three arms at 120 degrees. Standard passage width is 535 mm on the X rotor and 650 mm on the Y rotor for Sesame-A and Sesame-L, 615 mm on Sesame-S, and TiSO offers a passage width expansion up to 900 mm where wider clearance is needed.
Environmental rating is the reason this range appears in Saudi perimeter specifications. Operating range is -40 to +40 degrees C with optional heating below -10 degrees C and cooling above +40 degrees C, protection is IP41 indoor and IP54 outdoor with up to IP65 available on request, and an optional canopy shields both users and mechanism. Housings are brushed AISI 304 as standard, with AISI 316 brushed or polished and powder-coated RAL as options.
Specify the fail mode deliberately. Sesame-A ships fail secure with fail safe as an option, while Sesame-L and Sesame-S ship fail safe as standard. Emergency mode gives free passage in both directions, a manual override key is included, and the standard wired control panel activates the anti-panic function. Drive options run from StrongLock-EM at 20 million cycles MCBF down to TriServo at 5 million, with MTTR under 25 minutes.
Stebilex supplies and installs Sesame turnstiles across Saudi Arabia from Al Khobar and Riyadh, including foundation and ground frame coordination, integration with access control and readers, and options such as randomizer, airlock dual authorisation, autorotation, pass counter and emergency door.
