Our own brand · Parking technology

Parking is not a security cost. It is a revenue line.

Parkomax is Stebilex's own parking technology brand — guidance, management and kiosks built as one system, supplied and supported by the team that designs them. Every other system on your site protects the asset. This one earns from it.

The commercial case

Circling drivers cost you twice

A full car park and a busy car park are not the same thing. Without guidance, a driver occupies your ramp instead of a bay. Without management, an exit that cannot identify a vehicle cannot bill it. Both failures land in the same place — the operating account.

Congestion is lost capacity

A driver searching for a bay is using your entry lane, your ramp and your aisles without using a bay. Shortening that search is the cheapest capacity you will ever add.

Uncontrolled exits are uncollected revenue

If the exit cannot identify the vehicle, apply the tariff and take payment reliably, the shortfall never appears on an invoice. It simply never arrives.

Numbers you can act on

Occupancy, dwell time, peak load and revenue per bay turn a car park from a fixed cost into a figure you can put in front of a tenant, a retailer or a finance committee.

Product lines

Three lines, one system

Specified separately because projects tender them separately. Designed together because on site they are a single flow.

PGSStop drivers circling

Parking Guidance System

Bay-level detection with LED signage that tells a driver where the free spaces are before they commit to an aisle. Occupancy shows at the entrance, on each floor and along each aisle, so the search ends at the ramp instead of on the fourth level.

What it does

  • Bay detection by ultrasonic sensor, loop detector or smart camera
  • LED counters and directional signage at entrance, floor and aisle level
  • Camera-based Find My Car lookup by plate number from a kiosk
  • Live occupancy by zone, by floor and for the whole facility
PMSControl entry, exit and revenue

Parking Management System

The commercial layer. Identification at entry and exit, tariff rules that are configured rather than coded, validation for tenants and retailers, and payment taken at a terminal rather than at a cash box.

What it does

  • Ticketed and ticketless operation
  • Plate recognition and RFID identification at entry and exit
  • Configurable tariffs, free periods, validation and tenant allocations
  • Payment by card, cash, QR code and mobile wallet
  • Occupancy, utilisation and revenue reporting
KIOSKThe unit your visitor actually touches

Custom Kiosks

Entry and exit terminals, indoor and outdoor pay stations, tap-and-go payment terminals and information units — built for outdoor duty in Gulf heat and finished to match a premium entrance rather than a service yard. Because the line is ours, the enclosure, the branding and the interface can be built to the project.

What it does

  • Entry and exit terminals
  • Indoor and outdoor auto-pay stations
  • Tap-and-go payment terminals
  • Information and Find My Car kiosks
  • Enclosure, finish and interface built to the project
How it fits together

Entry to exit, as the driver experiences it

Five stages. Each one is a piece of equipment on site, a rule in the software and a line in the report.

Payback

Work the numbers on your own car park

Enter your figures. The calculator does arithmetic on what you type — nothing on this page is a Parkomax benchmark, a published performance figure or a price.

Your car park figures

The figures below are placeholders, so the example reads as a complete calculation. They are not Parkomax figures — replace every one of them with your own.

Paid bays in the facility.

Across the whole operating day, not the peak hour.

What one paid stay yields on average.

Your own figure — the value shown is only a placeholder. Stebilex has not quoted a price on this page.

Your budget figure ÷ estimated annual ticketed revenue.

What this calculation assumes

  • One paid exit per occupied bay per day. A facility with faster turnover will transact more; one running mostly on monthly contracts will transact less.
  • 365 operating days a year at the occupancy figure you entered.
  • A flat average ticket value — no tariff bands, no validation, no free periods.
  • That the full ticketed amount is collected through the system.
  • Figures exclude VAT, civil works, operating cost and maintenance.
  • The budget is your own number. It is not a Parkomax price.

This is an estimate for discussion, produced entirely from the numbers you entered. It is not a quotation, an offer or a performance guarantee. A priced proposal follows a site survey.

Where it fits

Facilities where the car park is part of the service

Anywhere arrival is the first thing a visitor experiences and the last thing they remember.

Airports

Long-stay, short-stay and staff parking under one tariff structure, with signage that works for a driver who does not know the building.

Shopping centres

Retailer validation, peak-hour ramp congestion and tenant allocation handled as configuration rather than as a queue at the exit.

Hospitals

Separated visitor, patient and staff flows, with concessionary tariffs applied at the terminal instead of at a desk.

Commercial towers

Multi-tenant allocation and billing, visitor pre-authorisation, and a record of who used which bay.

Universities

Permit holders admitted on a credential, seasonal demand patterns, and occupancy reporting across the campus.

Stadiums

Surge arrival and departure, zoned guidance that keeps the approach roads moving, and tariffs set per event.

Why our own brand matters

No principal standing between you and the roadmap

Every other line Stebilex supplies comes from a manufacturer with its own territory rules, lead times and priorities. Parkomax does not.

  1. Change requests come to us

An enclosure change, a report the client actually wants, an integration with a system already on site — the decision is taken inside the same organisation that commissions the job.

  2. One accountable team

Survey, specification, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance under one contract, with no supplier to escalate through.

  3. Built for how the Kingdom operates

Plate formats, tenant billing, weekend patterns and visitor behaviour are designed in rather than worked around.
