Parkomax
Parkomax Parking Guidance System (PGS)
Bay-level parking guidance using ultrasonic sensors, loop detectors or LPR smart cameras, with colour-coded indicators, zone signage and a find-your-car function.

The Parkomax Parking Guidance System shows drivers where the free bays are instead of letting them circle a level looking. It is offered in three detection configurations: ultrasonic sensors at each bay, loop detectors at entry and exit points, and smart camera based detection. Sensor options cover both in-ground and overhead mounting, so the choice can follow the structure rather than forcing changes to it.
The camera-based configuration is the one to consider for larger structures. Smart cameras are installed to cover parking spaces in a crossbeam arrangement and use licence plate recognition to monitor and manage slot occupancy, with built-in or external LED lights indicating status. Because plates are captured per bay, the same infrastructure supports the find-your-car function, where a driver enters their plate number to locate the vehicle.
Indication works at three levels. At the bay, LED indicators show green for vacant, red for occupied and blue for accessible spaces. At junctions inside the structure, guidance displays use digits, arrows and visual elements to point toward available spaces in a given area. At the entrance, an outdoor guidance screen built from high-brightness LED modules shows available slot counts, in a weather-resistant enclosure for continuous operation.
The management software gives operations teams a centralised dashboard with live monitoring, zone configuration, capacity tracking per level and floor-wise slot availability. Reporting covers occupancy statistics, duration analysis, peak-time trend identification and zone-specific usage data, which is what turns a guidance system into an asset planning tool rather than just signage.
Parkomax PGS is supplied, installed and supported in Saudi Arabia by Stebilex, with offices in Al Khobar and Riyadh and coverage across Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Al Khobar, Madinah, Makkah, Hofuf, Taif, Buraydah, Yanbu, Najran and Tabuk. The system supports open APIs for third-party compatibility and works with third-party sensors and signage, so it can be introduced into an existing car park rather than requiring a clean slate.
