Parkomax

Parkomax exists because imported parking systems rarely fit the way Saudi facilities actually operate. Plate formats, payment habits, visitor flows, weekend patterns and multi-tenant billing all differ from the assumptions built into a European or East Asian product. Parkomax is developed in the region, by a team that designs both the hardware and the software, and supported by Stebilex on the ground in the Kingdom.

The Parking Guidance System uses ultrasonic sensors, loop detectors or smart cameras with LED sign boards to show drivers where free bays are, floor by floor and aisle by aisle. Occupancy indicators cut the circling that fills a mall ramp at peak hour, and a camera-based Find My Car feature lets a visitor locate their vehicle from a kiosk using the plate number.

The Parking Management System covers the commercial side: ticket-based and ticketless operation, ANPR and RFID identification at entry and exit, and payment by card, cash, QR code and mobile wallet. Tariff rules, validation, free periods and tenant allocations are configured rather than hard-coded, which is what a mixed-use development in Riyadh or Jeddah actually needs.

Kiosks and terminals are a product line in their own right — entry and exit terminals, indoor and outdoor auto-pay stations, Tap-n-Go payment terminals and information kiosks — built for outdoor duty in Gulf heat and finished to suit a premium retail or hospitality entrance rather than a service yard.

On the access side, Parkomax handles paid and unpaid visitor entry management and employee access using biometric or RFID credentials, integrating with existing access control where one already exists. Heavy vehicle and truck parking is covered too, including weighbridge integration for industrial and logistics sites, and reporting turns gate activity into occupancy, revenue and utilisation data.
