TeamLab Borderless Jeddah - Ticketing & Speed Gate Integration

Stebilex KSA integrated a ticketing system directly with automated speed gates at TeamLab Borderless Jeddah. Visitors are validated and admitted in seconds, keeping entry fast, secure and calm.

Speed Gates with Swing Panels KSA

TeamLab Borderless Jeddah is an art experience that begins the moment a visitor walks in. In a venue like this, a queue at the door is not only an operational problem - it damages the experience itself, and with high footfall arriving against timed entry slots, the entrance is where that risk concentrates.

The museum required an access management solution capable of fast and accurate ticket validation, smooth entry flow without congestion or delays, high levels of security that do not compromise the visitor experience, and seamless integration with automated speed gate systems.

Stebilex KSA designed and implemented a fully integrated ticketing and speed gate solution tailored to the museum's operational demands. Ticketing software talks directly to the gate hardware, so a validated ticket becomes an immediate open command - automated, contactless entry with nothing for the visitor to hand over.

Speed gates are the correct gate type for a cultural venue precisely because they do not read as security. Glass wings sit inside the architecture rather than fighting it, while the sensor array still enforces one person per valid ticket and holds the line against tailgating. Their fast open-and-close cycle is what absorbs a peak arrival without a queue forming, and the system architecture was kept scalable so lanes can be added as the museum grows.

The scope covered end-to-end delivery of the ticketing system integration, on-site installation, configuration and system setup, detailed testing for speed, accuracy and reliability, and final commissioning to full operational readiness.

The system is fully operational. Entry queues and waiting times are reduced, ticket validation is reliable and secure, the visitor experience is stronger from the first moment, and museum management has measurably more efficient entry operations to run.
