Apollo Security

Apollo Security builds US-made access control controllers and APACS management software for enterprise and critical-infrastructure sites — a durable hardware backbone for Saudi facilities that need scale and open integration.

Apollo Access Control Systems

Access control in Saudi Arabia rarely stops at a single building. Refinery complexes, ministry campuses and multi-site corporate estates need a controller layer that survives software changes and keeps working when the network does not. Apollo Security builds exactly that: field-hardened access control and alarm hardware designed to run enterprise systems rather than one door at a time.

Apollo Security is a United States manufacturer headquartered in Newport Beach, California, where it also operates its UL-certified manufacturing facility. The company has been building access control and alarm hardware for more than 40 years, is ISO 9001:2015 registered, and reports installations at thousands of sites in more than 70 countries. Apollo products are manufactured in the United States.

The ASP series sits at the centre of the range. The ASP-4 high-speed network controller supports up to one million cardholders, and up to 32 controllers can be clustered to manage 128 readers with anti-passback areas and input/output linking across the whole cluster. Embedded access control software runs on the controller itself, removing the need for a separate PC or external server on smaller sites.

For larger deployments Apollo supplies its APACS software line, including APACS Web and APACS Pro X, covering credential management, access levels and alarm monitoring. Reader interface and I/O modules connect card readers, biometric terminals, door contacts and alarm inputs, so one platform handles access points and monitored alarms instead of splitting them across separate systems.

That architecture suits Saudi projects that must outlast a single procurement cycle. Open hardware lets an operator in Riyadh or Jubail keep the field devices while changing head-end software, and controller-resident decision-making means an authorised employee still gets through the door if the link back to the data centre drops during a maintenance window.

Stebilex Systems supplies and supports Apollo access control hardware across Saudi Arabia from offices in Al Khobar and Riyadh, serving projects in Jeddah, Dammam and the wider Eastern Province. Our engineers help size the controller architecture, plan reader and module counts, and integrate Apollo with the biometrics, RFID credentials and video platforms already installed on site.
