Stebilex KSA delivered a centralized access control system and a full CCTV replacement across the KJO Security Building in Al Khafji. The system is supplied, installed and fully commissioned.

The KJO Security Building in Al Khafji is not an ordinary office block: it is the facility from which site protection is run. Its surveillance infrastructure, however, had aged, and access was governed door by door rather than as one system - leaving the security team without a single place where entry events and camera footage could be read together.

The requirement was defined clearly. The building needed to control and monitor access across its entire footprint, replace legacy CCTV with modern surveillance technology, improve visibility and response capability, and do all of it while keeping security operations compliant and uninterrupted.

Working with Kuwaiti Digital Computer Co. (KDCC), Stebilex KSA supplied a centralized access control system integrated with an upgraded CCTV infrastructure. Access control devices were installed throughout the security building, every entry and exit point was brought under central management, and the existing cameras were replaced with advanced surveillance systems.

Centralization is the point of the design, not a technical luxury. When credentials live in one database, revoking a contractor or a departing employee is a single instant action across every door instead of a building-wide sweep. And when door events and camera streams share one timeline, an incident review stops being a manual hunt through recordings and becomes a matter of reading one record - which is exactly the capability a security facility is judged on.

The scope covered supply of the access control devices, facility-wide installation, CCTV replacement and system integration, then end-to-end testing and final commissioning. All three delivery stages - supplied, installed, commissioned - are complete.

The centralized security system is fully operational. It gives the building stronger access governance, wider real-time surveillance coverage, and central control that reduces day-to-day security administration, on an infrastructure designed to scale as the facility's requirements grow.
