Khasab - Multi-Plant Vehicle Access Control with Gate Barriers

Stebilex standardized vehicle access control across five Khasab plant locations with automated gate barriers at every entry and exit point. All five sites are supplied, installed and commissioned.

Automatic Gate Barriers

Khasab operates five plant locations, and each had grown its own way of running the gate. Barriers were opened by hand, procedures differed from site to site, and heavy daily vehicle movement meant every inconsistency showed up as a delay or a safety gap at the entrance.

The requirement was a standardized vehicle access control solution that would work identically across all locations: regulating authorized vehicle entry and exit, safely handling frequent daily vehicle movement, reducing reliance on manual gate operation, and delivering consistent, reliable performance at every site.

Stebilex deployed automated gate barriers at the entry and exit points of all five plants to a single common specification, creating one uniform vehicle access control framework rather than five local arrangements.

In multi-site industrial work, the standardization is where the real value sits. One specification means one spare-parts holding instead of five, one operating procedure for every security team, one maintenance routine that any technician can follow at any plant, and future upgrades that apply everywhere at once. It also means a vehicle policy set centrally is actually enforced the same way on the ground.

The scope covered supply of the automated gate barrier systems, installation at plant entry and exit points, system configuration and functional testing, and final commissioning across all five plant locations.

All gate barrier systems are fully operational. They support secure, controlled vehicle movement across the plant facilities, with safer gate operation, better traffic flow inside each site, and far less dependence on manual gate handling.
