Vel Amrith Workshop - Automated Gate Barrier for Serviced Vehicle Exit
Stebilex KSA installed an automated Quick Line gate barrier at the exit of Vel Amrith workshop in Riyadh. Only serviced, authorized vehicles leave the site, and exit traffic stays orderly.

Vel Amrith's workshop in Riyadh takes customer vehicles into its custody and returns them after service. That single fact makes the exit the most security-sensitive point on the site: a vehicle leaving should be a deliberate, authorized release, not simply a driveway anyone can roll down.
The workshop needed a simple but reliable access control solution to manage vehicle exit after servicing. It had to allow only authorized and serviced vehicles to leave, maintain smooth vehicle flow during peak service hours, improve safety at the workshop exit point, and reduce manual monitoring and intervention.
Stebilex supplied and installed a Quick Line automated gate barrier at the workshop exit, turning the exit into a controlled, efficient vehicle release point.
Concentrating departures at one automated point suits service businesses specifically. It converts vehicle handover from a casual movement into a controlled step the team has to authorize, which matters commercially as much as it does for security when the vehicles are not yours. At the same time, a fast-cycling barrier keeps the line moving during peak service hours, so control does not come at the cost of throughput or of stationing someone permanently at the gate.
The scope covered supply of the gate barrier equipment, installation at the workshop exit point, system configuration and functional testing, and final commissioning for live operation.
The gate barrier system is fully operational. Vehicle exit is controlled and authorized, internal traffic flow through the workshop is smoother, safety for staff and customers at the exit is improved, and the workshop relies far less on manual supervision.
