Arma Kontrol
Arma Kontrol is a Turkish manufacturer of hostile vehicle mitigation equipment — anti-ram bollards, road blockers and barriers — built for perimeters that have to stop a vehicle, not just control one.

Perimeter protection in the Kingdom has moved past the decorative planter and the manual gate. Government compounds, energy facilities, embassies and public plazas now specify equipment that is engineered to arrest a moving vehicle. Arma Kontrol manufactures that category of hardware: anti-ram bollards, road blockers, tyre killers and vehicle barriers designed around impact resistance rather than convenience alone.
Founded in 2006 in Türkiye, Arma Kontrol manufactures security barriers and vehicle access control systems for public infrastructure, critical facilities and private developments. The company has since built out specialised divisions: Arma Teknik for technical service and field operations, and ArmaSoft and ArmaPARK for smart-city and parking access applications. Its equipment is produced to international crash-test and durability standards.
The core range covers fixed, removable and automatic anti-ram bollards, hydraulic and electromechanical road blockers, and road traps for controlled entry lanes. Because these are access points and not walls, they are built to integrate with the rest of the entry system — card readers, biometric terminals, ANPR cameras, loop detectors, photocells, traffic lights and warning beacons all tie into the same control logic.
Saudi sites put unusual demands on this equipment. Hydraulic power packs sit in ambient temperatures that regularly exceed 45°C, blown sand works into every seal, and coastal humidity in the Eastern Province attacks any unprotected steel. Stainless-steel and corrosion-protected construction, sealed hydraulics and serviceable pit designs are what separate a barrier that lasts a decade from one that fails in its second summer.
Typical Saudi applications include ministry and municipality headquarters, oil and gas facilities, airport landside entries, bank headquarters, data centres, stadiums and event venues, and the entrance plazas of large mixed-use developments. In each case the design question is the same: what mass and speed of vehicle must be stopped, and how far in front of the asset can the barrier be placed.
Stebilex Systems supplies Arma Kontrol hostile vehicle mitigation equipment across Saudi Arabia and supports it from Al Khobar and Riyadh. We advise on threat assessment, foundation and drainage requirements for pit-mounted units, integration with the site access control system, and the spares and service plan that keeps a crash-rated barrier operational long after handover.
